Ercüment Kutberk charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ercüment Kutberk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Çetin Filiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Güntekin Özil having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Kulubey's Arif Ozan Betim got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cebrail Erzan in the 13th minute of play forced Kulubey's goalkeeper Meriç Yasık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kulubey getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Fethi Sayıl hit a great ball. With his leg Meriç Yasık managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Eregli Forum SK's Cuma Adıbelli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Kulubey's Meriç Yasık got control of the ball when Cuma Adıbelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cuma Adıbelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Kulubey's goal looked a bit too open when Cebrail Erzan came free, but Meriç Yasık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Cuma Adıbelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eregli Forum SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cuma Adıbelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cebrail Erzan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eregli Forum SK's Cebrail Erzan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 26th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Eregli Forum SK's Afşar Sahir got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute, Cebrail Erzan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cebrail Erzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meriç Yasık having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cebrail Erzan made a kick off. Çetin Filiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Güntekin Özil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Çetin Filiz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute, Necati Akil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eregli Forum SK's Cebrail Erzan in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kulubey's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Kulubey getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Zekai Beyan hit a great ball. Cuma Adıbelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cebrail Erzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meriç Yasık having to interfere. Meriç Yasık took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cebrail Erzan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cuma Adıbelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Meriç Yasık read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. If Cuma Adıbelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eregli Forum SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
