After a defensive mix-up in ARPAÇAY's zone, Atilla Bumin Acun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batu Cem Pekiner came out of the goal and Atilla Bumin Acun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İskender Sebat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Batu Cem Pekiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, ARPAÇAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilal İlsu to maneuver through the defense. Atilla Bumin Acun struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Batu Cem Pekiner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patatesspor. 16 minutes into the game, Gencal Özaltan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patatesspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARPAÇAY the free kick. Gencal Özaltan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Bekir Tuney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuzey Azimoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kuzey Azimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suat Tekecan, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Batu Cem Pekiner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Patatesspor's Kuzey Azimoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Patatesspor from getting a goal against them. Batı Rafiz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Atilla Bumin Acun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batu Cem Pekiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İskender Sebat in the 74th minute of play. Nuratay Şahbender charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuratay Şahbender the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Patatesspor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ARPAÇAY's performance. The match ended with a win for ARPAÇAY.
