After 14 minutes, Okan Aksun made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. KAS EUPEN's Ahmet İlke Türe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Balamir Sözmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rdth minute of the game Okan Aksun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KAS EUPEN's Ahmet İlke Türe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Fevzi Benli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in KAS EUPEN's zone, Okan Aksun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet İlke Türe came out of the goal and Okan Aksun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Terme's Fevzi Benli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet İlke Türe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Okan Aksun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ferman Mümtaz fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KAS EUPEN's protests and gave Ferman Mümtaz a yellow card for diving instead. Ferman Mümtaz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Terme's Okan Aksun got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 42 minutes, Okan Aksun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terme's supporters crossed their fingers, but Okan Aksun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Fevzi Benli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Fevzi Benli got free with Ahmet İlke Türe in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Okan Aksun during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Terme got a freekick which was hit by Okan Aksun. The attack was good, but when Okan Aksun in the 77th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. KAS EUPEN's Ahmet İlke Türe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okan Aksun in the 79th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Terme's Okan Aksun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet İlke Türe. That made the score 0-5 after 80 minutes of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 83rd minute, but Ahmet İlke Türe got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving KAS EUPEN hanging dry this time. If Fevzi Benli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okan Aksun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet İlke Türe having to interfere.
