Rıfat Erbay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şansal Özbilgin having to make a save. A collision led to Gaziantep getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Aytek Aşkın hit a great ball. Galip Süngü was a little too slow when Rüstem Şakir got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ergin Yalçıner struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Şansal Özbilgin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haddini Bilbao FK. Rıfat Erbay took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şansal Özbilgin. Şansal Özbilgin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 24 minutes, Aytek Aşkın mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaziantep and the Haddini Bilbao FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aytek Aşkın hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ahmet Boran Taşgan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Galip Süngü made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rüstem Şakir in the 31st minute of play forced Haddini Bilbao FK's goalkeeper Galip Süngü to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rüstem Şakir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Galip Süngü having to make a save. In the 39th match minute, Haddini Bilbao FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mümin Lütfi to maneuver through the defense. Rüstem Şakir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Galip Süngü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

52 minutes into the game, Umur Turatekin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haddini Bilbao FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaziantep the free kick. Umur Turatekin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Haddini Bilbao FK's Galip Süngü played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüstem Şakir in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Yağızkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ahmet Boran Taşgan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaziantep's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Boran Taşgan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Galip Süngü breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Haddini Bilbao FK defense, Rüstem Şakir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Galip Süngü. The Haddini Bilbao FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Galip Süngü should have stopped the shot. Rüstem Şakir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Galip Süngü having to make a save. In the 71stth minute of the game Ahmet Boran Taşgan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haddini Bilbao FK's Galip Süngü was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ahmet Boran Taşgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the game, Gaziantep's İrfan Kaveloğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Galip Süngü made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ahmet Boran Taşgan struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Galip Süngü didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaziantep. In the 90th minute, Rüstem Şakir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Galip Süngü was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rüstem Şakir in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Galip Süngü saved Haddini Bilbao FK from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gaziantep fully deserved thier win.
