Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rüstem Şakir made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ahmet Korcan Siralp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hasankeyf's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Korcan Siralp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şansal Özbilgin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eyüp Poyraz kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gaziantep's goalkeeper Şansal Özbilgin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Aytek Aşkın fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaziantep's protests and gave Aytek Aşkın a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gaziantep's Aytek Aşkın got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute Rüstem Şakir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mümtazer Zeval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasankeyf's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when İrfan Kaveloğlu scored to the left of an out of position Mümtazer Zeval, making the score, 1-0. Eyüp Poyraz's late challenge caught a Gaziantep's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eyüp Poyraz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th match minute, Hasankeyf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eyüp Poyraz to maneuver through the defense. Mümtazer Zeval made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rüstem Şakir in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Aytek Aşkın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mümtazer Zeval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hasankeyf's Ergin Atik got a free kick in the 35th minute. Başaran Nedim was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gaziantep! The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Korcan Siralp got free with Şansal Özbilgin in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hasankeyf's Mümtazer Zeval played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İrfan Kaveloğlu in the 64th minute of play. Ahmet Boran Taşgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Aytek Aşkın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mümtazer Zeval having to make a save. Ahmet Boran Taşgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mümtazer Zeval having to interfere. Mümtazer Zeval came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gaziantep's Aytek Aşkın. But to his dismay, Aytek Aşkın quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gaziantep's Şansal Özbilgin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hazar Taci in the 77th minute of play. In the 84th minute Cemil Perkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mümtazer Zeval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Hasankeyf booed when Gaziantep was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Boran Taşgan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hazar Taci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şansal Özbilgin having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hasankeyf players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gaziantep.
