Vedat Demirman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet İlke Türe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, Ahmet Ege Hasanoğlu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahmet İlke Türe, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Vedat Demirman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet İlke Türe was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Aykut Aktaç hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Ahmet İlke Türe made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Vedat Demirman sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the game, Vedat Demirman lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Ahmet İlke Türe. With a little luck, KAS EUPEN's Ahmet İlke Türe got control of the ball when Vedat Demirman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balamir Sözmen during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Balamir Sözmen hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Ergün Hamurcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ahmet İlke Türe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vedat Demirman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 35 minutes, Ahmet Ege Hasanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tirebolu SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ege Hasanoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Balamir Sözmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Vedat Demirman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tirebolu SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vedat Demirman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vedat Demirman struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Ahmet İlke Türe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tirebolu SK. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vedat Demirman to strike the kick off in the second half. Vedat Demirman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adnan Vacit might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet İlke Türe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adnan Vacit ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in KAS EUPEN's zone, Adnan Vacit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet İlke Türe came out of the goal and Adnan Vacit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet İlke Türe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vedat Demirman, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as KAS EUPEN's Balamir Sözmen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bayram Yiğit. That made the score 2-1 after 72 minutes of play. Ahmet İlke Türe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vedat Demirman in the 78th minute of play. Ahmet Bülent Dilsafa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bayram Yiğit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferman Mümtaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Vedat Demirman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tirebolu SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Vedat Demirman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet İlke Türe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aykut Aktaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ahmet İlke Türe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Adnan Vacit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A collision led to KAS EUPEN getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Ferman Mümtaz hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tirebolu SK fully deserved thier win.
