In the 3rd minute Mehmet Ediz Acartürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktuğ Cilasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 minutes of play, Yunusemre's Mehmet Ediz Acartürk made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Göktuğ Cilasun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, Naim Özdeğer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göktuğ Cilasun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21stth minute of the game Ünal Akasoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yunusemre's Fehmi Serter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 played minutes Yunusemre got a freekick which was hit by Nazım Özgurcan. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktuğ Cilasun having to interfere. When Mehmet Ediz Acartürk got free in front of the goal in the 28th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Göktuğ Cilasun was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind MUŞ SK's goalkeeper Göktuğ Cilasun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Efe Ünal kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktuğ Cilasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, MUŞ SK's Kudret Varlık got a free kick in the 40th minute. Göktuğ Cilasun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Ediz Acartürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After the first half Yunusemre were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to MUŞ SK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ali Asım Çelenk hit a great ball. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktuğ Cilasun having to interfere. After having played for 54 minutes, Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yunusemre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Göktuğ Cilasun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ünal Akasoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Göktuğ Cilasun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. Mehmet Ediz Acartürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktuğ Cilasun having to interfere. After 74 played minutes MUŞ SK got a freekick which was hit by Koray Baykal. After 77 played minutes MUŞ SK got a freekick which was hit by Ali Emir Akşin. Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Göktuğ Cilasun made a huge save. Göktuğ Cilasun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute Mehmet Ediz Acartürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktuğ Cilasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yunusemre's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Kağan Hekimoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göktuğ Cilasun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute Mehmet Ediz Acartürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktuğ Cilasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Yunusemre left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MUŞ SK.
