Ankaraspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oğuzkan Hedef was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Cengiz Mengü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suat Aral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzkan Hedef, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, KatilSauron's Tansu Baysan got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ferdi Cebir was a little too slow when Ali Cengiz Mengü got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Ankaraspor's Ferdi Cebir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ankaraspor from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ali Cengiz Mengü managed to get in a good position for a shot. KatilSauron's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Cengiz Mengü was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdi Cebir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reha Dilazad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdi Cebir having to interfere. Oğuzkan Hedef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ali Cengiz Mengü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reha Dilazad got free with Ferdi Cebir in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Bilge Hürsoy made a kick off. KatilSauron's Cebrail Şerif got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, KatilSauron's Reha Dilazad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdi Cebir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Ferdi Cebir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cengiz Mengü, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Cengiz Mengü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ankaraspor getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Güngör Hitit hit a great ball. Ferdi Cebir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reha Dilazad in the 68th minute of play. Ali Cengiz Mengü received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ferdi Cebir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Oğuzkan Hedef managed to get in a good position for a shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Cengiz Mengü in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferdi Cebir saved Ankaraspor from getting behind. Kamer Ozansoy charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kamer Ozansoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Ankaraspor got a freekick which was hit by Kamer Ozansoy. In the 90th minute, Oğuzkan Hedef got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Cengiz Mengü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ankaraspor's Ferdi Cebir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Cengiz Mengü in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KatilSauron had played much better football throughout.
