Malatyaspor's Fazıl Hüsnü Erdemer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zühtü Kabil in the 29th minute of play. Tugay Çetinel made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Emirhan Dilsaz sent off a good shot on target. Necip Fazıl Arıkal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute.
