ANKARAGÜCÜ's Erdal Sağınç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sancarbey Temirkut in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Tayyip Rafi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ANKARAGÜCÜ and the Ferizli players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ferizli's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Zekai Erol scored to the left of an out of position Onur Ali Selçuk, making the score, 2-0. If Mehmet Efe Talat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Dinçer Abide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Onur Ali Selçuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zekai Erol in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, one of Ferizli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ferizli. After 64 played minutes Ferizli got a freekick which was hit by Enis Behiç Heper. Mehmet Efe Talat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdal Sağınç having to interfere. Ferizli's Sancarbey Temirkut got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Zekai Erol managed to get in a good position for a shot. ANKARAGÜCÜ's supporters rose to their feet, but Zekai Erol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Onur Ali Selçuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Sancarbey Temirkut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erdal Sağınç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sancarbey Temirkut's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, ANKARAGÜCÜ's Abdulvahit Sururi got a free kick in the 88th minute.
