After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Cornelio Espinareda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yeşilhisar SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Espinareda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yakup Uzbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hakkı Deniz Mirza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakup Uzbay having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Yeşilhisar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bektaş Hasanbeyli came free, but Lúcio lacerda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hakkı Deniz Mirza ran back to his position shaking his head. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute, Hakkı Deniz Mirza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yakup Uzbay was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Cornelio Espinareda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Yakup Uzbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the game, Yeşilhisar SK's Hakkı Deniz Mirza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yakup Uzbay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Toprak's zone, Hakkı Deniz Mirza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yakup Uzbay came out of the goal and Hakkı Deniz Mirza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Toprak's goalkeeper Yakup Uzbay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yeşilhisar SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornelio Espinareda in the 65th minute. Yeşilhisar SK's Cornelio Espinareda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yakup Uzbay in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 68th minute of the match Haldun Baydak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lúcio lacerda skillfully saved the ball. When Hakkı Deniz Mirza came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Yeşilhisar SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakkı Deniz Mirza couldn't finish the play. Özgün Salahaddin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Yakup Uzbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göktürk Cevahir during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Yeşilhisar SK booed when Toprak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göktürk Cevahir didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Kudret Cerit notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Yeşilhisar SK's Lúcio lacerda. Lúcio lacerda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hakkı Deniz Mirza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th minute, Hakkı Deniz Mirza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yeşilhisar SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Cornelio Espinareda struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Yakup Uzbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeşilhisar SK. After 96 minutes of play, Yeşilhisar SK's Hakkı Deniz Mirza made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yakup Uzbay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yeşilhisar SK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
