Sutaşı City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sermet Barbaros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Sutaşı City's goalkeeper Akşemseddin Uyarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sermet Barbaros. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Songurbey Sanbay in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İbrahim Perkel saved Akören SK from getting behind. İbrahim Perkel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hacı Ali Tulum, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Songurbey Sanbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Perkel having to interfere. İbrahim Perkel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hacı Ali Tulum in the 39th minute of play. If Songurbey Sanbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hacı Ali Tulum made the kick off in the second half. Songurbey Sanbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. In the 69th minute of the match Nuratay Ataoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but İbrahim Perkel skillfully saved the ball. In the 71st minute Hacı Ali Tulum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İbrahim Perkel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Songurbey Sanbay struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. İbrahim Perkel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sutaşı City. İbrahim Perkel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hacı Ali Tulum in the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Sutaşı City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aysan İstikbal to maneuver through the defense. Kamuran Nesefi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Akşemseddin Uyarel having to make a save. When Arif Cengiz Yumus fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Sutaşı City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Akören SK had won, even though Sutaşı City had held more of the ball.
