Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sungur Eraslan kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Hayati Ünver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarayburnu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hayati Ünver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Şevket Gürçınar kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Burç Onul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grin FC's Baki Sirer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sungur Eraslan in the 17th minute of play. Baki Sirer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungur Eraslan in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sungur Eraslan in the 29th minute of play forced Grin FC's goalkeeper Baki Sirer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aycan Ruhsat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fazlı Tayfun having to interfere. Sarayburnu's Fazlı Tayfun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Sarayburnu from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute Sungur Eraslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baki Sirer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grin FC were furious when Ali Galip Baytekin was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 36 minutes into the game, one of Grin FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Grin FC's Baki Sirer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burç Onul in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Grin FC's zone, Ahmet Gökalp Esentürk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baki Sirer came out of the goal and Ahmet Gökalp Esentürk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aycan Ruhsat was the one to do the kick off. Sungur Eraslan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Baki Sirer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hayati Ünver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes Sarayburnu got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Gökalp Esentürk. After a rather tough play, Sarayburnu's Müfit Okanay got a free kick in the 65th minute. Fazlı Tayfun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aycan Ruhsat in the 69th minute of play. When Şevket Gürçınar fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grin FC's protests and gave Şevket Gürçınar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Grin FC's Şevket Gürçınar got a free kick in the 71st minute. A collision led to Grin FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cenan Coşkun hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Sarayburnu defense, Aycan Ruhsat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fazlı Tayfun. The Sarayburnu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fazlı Tayfun should have stopped the shot. If Aycan Ruhsat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Gökalp Esentürk's late challenge caught a Grin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Gökalp Esentürk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Sarayburnu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Gökalp Esentürk to maneuver through the defense. Müfit Okanay hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Burç Onul succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Sarayburnu's Burç Onul got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute Aycan Ruhsat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fazlı Tayfun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sarayburnu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
