Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nizam Tokdemir started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Özden Kahraman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tolga Uzsan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Tarkan Osmanlıoğlu in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Idealtepe's Volkan Yalazabey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Volkan Yalazabey during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Idealtepe got a freekick which was hit by Volkan Yalazabey. 18 minutes into the match, Idealtepe's goal looked a bit too open when Tarık Sargut came free, but Tolga Uzsan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Değirmenağzı FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nizam Tokdemir came free, but Fahrettin Baysal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Değirmenağzı FC fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Değirmenağzı FC's Tarık Sargut looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tarık Sargut might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tolga Uzsan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tarık Sargut ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tarık Sargut in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolga Uzsan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarık Sargut in the 33rd minute of play forced Idealtepe's goalkeeper Tolga Uzsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Volkan Yalazabey was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. A collision led to Idealtepe getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Volkan Yalazabey hit a great ball. Değirmenağzı FC's Taner Duha managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Barbaros Payidar in the 44 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tarık Sargut in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tolga Uzsan saved Idealtepe from getting behind. When Değirmenağzı FC's Tarık Sargut in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Idealtepe's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Tarık Sargut made the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Idealtepe got a freekick which was hit by İsmet Kaim. 60 minutes into the match, Değirmenağzı FC's Atilla Tarkan Osmanlıoğlu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Nizam Tokdemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fahrettin Baysal. Değirmenağzı FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nizam Tokdemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Berk Savtekin's late challenge caught a Değirmenağzı FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berk Savtekin helped the player get up and apologised. Berk Savtekin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Atilla Tarkan Osmanlıoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tolga Uzsan skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Idealtepe's Batuğ Umur got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Batuğ Umur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute of the match, Atilla Tarkan Osmanlıoğlu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tolga Uzsan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Değirmenağzı FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
