Baki Sirer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nizam Tokdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Nizam Tokdemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Batuğ Umur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baki Sirer having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nizam Tokdemir made a kick off. Nizam Tokdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aycan Ruhsat in the 60th minute of play forced Idealtepe's goalkeeper Tolga Uzsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aycan Ruhsat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aycan Ruhsat sped through Idealtepe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tolga Uzsan. Nizam Tokdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baki Sirer having to interfere. Baki Sirer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hamit Sufi's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Baki Sirer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nizam Tokdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A collision led to Idealtepe getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Berk Savtekin hit a great ball.
