Spectators: 7283 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Batıray Tulun took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Batıray Tulun in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vahit Talip prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vahit Talip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batıray Tulun, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Korhan Betim came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Elmali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korhan Betim couldn't finish the play. Hacı Cenger kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes, Elmali's Lütfü Çelik shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vahit Talip came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elmali reached it. In the 13th match minute, Gölmarmara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afşin Akgündüz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 14 minutes, Korhan Betim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elmali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Korhan Betim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vahit Talip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batıray Tulun, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute, Hacı Cenger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korhan Betim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uluç Ulutan kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Batıray Tulun in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vahit Talip saved Gölmarmara from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Gölmarmara's Uluç Ulutan got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Batıray Tulun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahit Talip having to interfere. Bumin Oytunç struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Abdulvahit Başay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gölmarmara. Batıray Tulun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahit Talip having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Batıray Tulun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Elmali's Korhan Betim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vahit Talip narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Batıray Tulun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vahit Talip was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With a little luck, Gölmarmara's Vahit Talip got control of the ball when Korhan Betim tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gölmarmara's Ersan Sani got a free kick in the 64th minute. Elmali's Korhan Betim got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 68 minutes, Uluç Ulutan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gölmarmara and the Elmali players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 69 minutes, Korhan Betim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elmali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Korhan Betim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Batıray Tulun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vahit Talip. Batıray Tulun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Korhan Betim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vahit Talip having to make a save. Abdulvahit Başay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burhanettin Tüzmen in the 87th minute of the match. Bumin Oytunç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Abdulvahit Başay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gölmarmara's Burhanettin Tüzmen got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Paşa Ali Ferikoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elmali and the Gölmarmara players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Elmali getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Paşa Ali Ferikoğlu hit a great ball. Burhanettin Tüzmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Elmali could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gölmarmara throughout the match.
