The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Turgay Şeren came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Celtikci's Recep Seçkiner. But to his dismay, Recep Seçkiner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cengiz İmamoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Talatpaşa Gençlikspor's Ben Brereton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdurrezzak Tolgan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ben Brereton made a kick off. Recep Seçkiner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Turgay Şeren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Turgay Şeren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Burhan Işık in the 58th minute. Recep Seçkiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Burhan Işık received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Turgay Şeren came out and tried to block the shot, but Burhan Işık slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 61st minute. İzzet Bir hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes, Celtikci's Fehmi Pektay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Turgay Şeren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Celtikci reached it. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Turgay Şeren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 72 in the game by Recep Seçkiner from a close distance when the talented Turgay Şeren managed to make a qualified save. Talatpaşa Gençlikspor's players were relieved. With an all-out effort, Celtikci's Turgay Şeren threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aytaç Demirer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Celtikci walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
