After a defensive mix-up in Pehlivanköy's zone, Hakan Çırak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Korkut Çelebioğlu came out of the goal and Hakan Çırak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beşiktaş JK's Cemal Hakim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Beşiktaş JK from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, Pehlivanköy's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim Uygur came free, but Korkut Çelebioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Pehlivanköy's goal looked a bit too open when Erdem Umay came free, but Korkut Çelebioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Ozan Hirfanlı in the 93rd minute really tested Korkut Çelebioğlu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rahim Uygur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korkut Çelebioğlu having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergincan Akşit in the 96th minute of play forced Beşiktaş JK's goalkeeper Cemal Hakim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beşiktaş JK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
