An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Berk Kutlutekin in the 35th minute of play forced Igdir's goalkeeper Ataol Tunçbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes, Gazi Sabih mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pehlivanköy and the Igdir players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Pehlivanköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazi Sabih to maneuver through the defense. Korkut Çelebioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulaş Zeyrek in the 59th minute of the match. Anıl Berk Kutlutekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ataol Tunçbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igdir's Ataol Tunçbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ergincan Akşit in the 64th minute of play. If Ulaş Zeyrek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Pehlivanköy's goal looked a bit too open when Şimşek Taha came free, but Korkut Çelebioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ataol Tunçbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ergincan Akşit in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şimşek Taha in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Korkut Çelebioğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Korkut Çelebioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulaş Zeyrek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korkut Çelebioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şimşek Taha in the 93rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Ulaş Zeyrek put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Korkut Çelebioğlu. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Igdir fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pehlivanköy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
