Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Güroymak's Volkan Aktan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Veliöldük SK's goal looked a bit too open when Fikret Kırdar came free, but Vecdet İzhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Güroymak's Müslüm Türkol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Güroymak from getting a goal against them. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vecdet İzhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nihat Osman to make the kick off. Bilgin Okhan took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Müslüm Türkol. Müslüm Türkol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 99 minutes into the match, Veliöldük SK's goalkeeper Vecdet İzhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fikret Kırdar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Güroymak players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Veliöldük SK.
