After having played for 12 minutes, Atilla Kağan Tunca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SantanaAltyapi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilla Kağan Tunca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cemil İpekdal struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ferid Bozdoğan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SantanaAltyapi. Atilla Kağan Tunca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, GALATA 1905's goal looked a bit too open when Atilla Kağan Tunca came free, but Ferid Bozdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SantanaAltyapi! Aktuğ Yaslı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halim Özsen in the 32nd minute of the match. Ferid Bozdoğan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cemil İpekdal in the 35th minute. The supporters of SantanaAltyapi booed when GALATA 1905 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökhun Kıvılcım didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the game, one of GALATA 1905:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atilla Kağan Tunca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes GALATA 1905 got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Tandoğdu. 56 minutes into the match, SantanaAltyapi's goalkeeper Aktuğ Yaslı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Halim Özsen. Hasan Tunçaslan might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aktuğ Yaslı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hasan Tunçaslan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute, Atilla Kağan Tunca made a precise shot to the right of Ferid Bozdoğan. GALATA 1905's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 73 minutes, Tümer Konuralp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SantanaAltyapi and the GALATA 1905 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, SantanaAltyapi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tümer Konuralp to maneuver through the defense. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. There was no doubt that SantanaAltyapi were the better team. SantanaAltyapi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
