When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Balmumcu FK's Resulhan Balkır sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cihangir Cihansah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Uluç Nahit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balmumcu FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Uluç Nahit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cihangir Cihansah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Resulhan Akkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Resulhan Akkan might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sabahattin Turgay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Resulhan Akkan ran back to his position shaking his head. Resulhan Akkan ran back to his position shaking his head. After 90 played minutes Balmumcu FK got a freekick which was hit by Kadim Bostan. Ekber Irgatbaşı's late challenge caught a Balmumcu FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ekber Irgatbaşı helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Elmadag's Ekber Irgatbaşı got a free kick in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Balmumcu FK's Sabahattin Turgay got control of the ball when Resulhan Akkan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Balmumcu FK had won after a very even match.
