The tension between the Beşiktaş and the Gadirlili Spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Beşiktaş! In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Gadirlili Spor. Derya Canpolat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gazi Kutsalan. 0-1. After 8 played minutes Gadirlili Spor got a freekick which was hit by Bilge Kiner. 9 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's Bahtiyar Semi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Güneş Başoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Beşiktaş's Aziz Osmanoğulları in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gadirlili Spor's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Aziz Osmanoğulları got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes, Gadirlili Spor's Derya Canpolat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gazi Kutsalan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gadirlili Spor reached it. In the 22nd match minute, Beşiktaş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Haşim Uzalp to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Alpay Seçkiner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gazi Kutsalan. Beşiktaş's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alpay Seçkiner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 29th minute Gürhan Sayrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazi Kutsalan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aziz Osmanoğulları in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Taha Kocaman prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alpay Seçkiner was the one to do the kick off. If Güneş Başoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Halit Ziya Hanefi during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Halit Ziya Hanefi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aziz Osmanoğulları received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Taha Kocaman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taha Kocaman came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Beşiktaş's Güneş Başoğlu. But to his dismay, Güneş Başoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. If Gürhan Sayrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bilge Kiner during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Bilge Kiner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gürhan Sayrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gadirlili Spor's Alpay Seçkiner got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Taha Kocaman came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Beşiktaş's Güneş Başoğlu. But to his dismay, Güneş Başoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Gürhan Sayrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
