The referee ignored Güroymak FK's protests and gave Seyit Behram a yellow card for diving instead. Güven Hazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samet Kuthan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Mustafa Birol Enginer made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aytuğ Pektürk to strike the kick off in the second half. Güven Hazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferhat Özbekkan having to interfere. The Karacasu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Birol Enginer should have stopped the shot. Mustafa Birol Enginer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samet Kuthan, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 89 minutes into the match, Karacasu's goal looked a bit too open when Samet Kuthan came free, but Mustafa Birol Enginer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karacasu played a much better game than Güroymak FK and deserved their victory. The Güroymak FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
