Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Torbali's Ercüment İncesu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karhan Arıtan kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ercüment İncesu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fikret Cantekin was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ercüment İncesu in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fikret Cantekin saved Fenerist from getting behind. Fikret Cantekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ercüment İncesu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Raşit Sadak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerist fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Fikret Cantekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cenap Şenyaşar in the 20th minute of the match. Duran Budaklı kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Raşit Sadak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Halis Kabil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halis Kabil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raşit Sadak in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Torbali's Ercüment İncesu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fikret Cantekin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Torbali's Kurtuluş İmren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 39th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fikret Cantekin but with some difficulty. Fikret Cantekin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kurtuluş İmren. Cenap Şenyaşar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Fikret Cantekin made a huge save. Fenerist's Fikret Cantekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cenap Şenyaşar in the 43rd minute of play. Halis Kabil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raşit Sadak went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raşit Sadak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Fenerist's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment İncesu came free, but Fikret Cantekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Fenerist's goal looked a bit too open when İskender Baki Birsen came free, but Fikret Cantekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fikret Cantekin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ercüment İncesu went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When Karhan Arıtan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. After 66 played minutes Fenerist got a freekick which was hit by Karhan Arıtan. Halis Kabil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Selahaddin Uyguner in the 71st minute. The supporters of Fenerist booed when Torbali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıza Korur didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cenap Şenyaşar in the 77th minute of play forced Fenerist's goalkeeper Fikret Cantekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes, Torbali's Kurtuluş İmren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fikret Cantekin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Torbali reached it. In the 88th minute, İskender Baki Birsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fikret Cantekin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerist's zone, Cenap Şenyaşar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fikret Cantekin came out of the goal and Cenap Şenyaşar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İskender Baki Birsen struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Fikret Cantekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torbali. Torbali were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Fenerist to leave the ground with a draw.
