In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gürsu's goalkeeper Tolga Salahaddin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berker Kadem couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Ömer Ünzil in the 89th minute of play forced Gürsu's goalkeeper Tolga Salahaddin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 played minutes Gürsu got a freekick which was hit by Selami Budun. The throw-in from Necmettin Akbilge in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gürsu's Mustafa Numan Temirkut. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gürsu had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
