Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ahmet Oğuz Üster kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Ulaş Sefa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gürsu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cenk Ersever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Giray Oncubay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sultanbeyli's zone, Andaç Şenol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giray Oncubay came out of the goal and Andaç Şenol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Yavuzalp Mutlugün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giray Oncubay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuzalp Mutlugün in the 13th minute of play forced Sultanbeyli's goalkeeper Giray Oncubay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gürsu booed when Sultanbeyli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergincan Denizhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Selami Budun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giray Oncubay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sultanbeyli's Giray Oncubay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulaş Sefa in the 20th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Ulaş Sefa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sultanbeyli's Giray Oncubay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulaş Sefa in the 34th minute of play forced Sultanbeyli's goalkeeper Giray Oncubay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Selami Budun struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Giray Oncubay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gürsu. Giray Oncubay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuzalp Mutlugün in the 37th minute of the match. Yavuzalp Mutlugün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Ulaş Sefa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giray Oncubay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Gürsu's Yavuzalp Mutlugün nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giray Oncubay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Emran Emektar came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Sultanbeyli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emran Emektar couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulaş Sefa made a kick off. Sinan Sağbilge kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sinan Sağbilge charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sinan Sağbilge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gürsu's Sinan Sağbilge got a free kick in the 56th minute. It was beautiful to see Sultanbeyli's Selman Namık in action when he in the 58th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 70th minute Gürsu were awarded a corner. Ulaş Sefa went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ulaş Sefa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Giray Oncubay quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yavuzalp Mutlugüns short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Giray Oncubay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gürsu's Tolga Salahaddin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Oğuz Üster in the 74th minute of play. If Yavuzalp Mutlugün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gürsu getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Sinan Sağbilge hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Selman Namık sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gürsu's Tolga Salahaddin didn't even have to move. In the 82nd match minute, Gürsu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sinan Sağbilge to maneuver through the defense. Sultanbeyli's Selman Namık got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Sultanbeyli's goal looked a bit too open when Selami Budun came free, but Giray Oncubay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gürsu's Rahman Aktürk got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 0-3 became the score in the 94th minute when Ulaş Sefa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gürsu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
