An unexpectedly hard shot by Güven Şavat in the 39th minute of play forced Dumlupinar SK's goalkeeper Gencal Şimşek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes of play, Kemah's Güven Şavat made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gencal Şimşek was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Özmen Durualp came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Kemah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özmen Durualp couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Behram Şikel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Dumlupinar SK's goalkeeper Gencal Şimşek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Özmen Durualp. In the 60th minute of the match, Güven Şavat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gencal Şimşek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gencal Şimşek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özmen Durualp in the 64th minute. Dumlupinar SK's Gencal Şimşek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güven Şavat in the 90th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Güven Şavat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dumlupinar SK's Gencal Şimşek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Behram Şikel fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dumlupinar SK's protests and gave Behram Şikel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Dumlupinar SK getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Behram Şikel hit a great ball. Kemah's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
