Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Trabzon Spor's Altay Tanberk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Trabzon Spor from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Trabzon Spor defense, Mustafa Hakan Sözmen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Altay Tanberk. The Trabzon Spor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Altay Tanberk should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Turan FK's Coşkun İşkembeci got a free kick in the 8th minute. Turan FK's Menderes Erboğa got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Altay Tanberk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Sözmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Trabzon Spor's goalkeeper Altay Tanberk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Menderes Erboğa. If Muhittin Erboğa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Turan FK's Menderes Erboğa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Trabzon Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hakan Sözmen came free, but Altay Tanberk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Hakan Sözmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altay Tanberk having to interfere. If Mustafa Hakan Sözmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Altay Tanberk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Menderes Erboğa in the 39th minute. Mustafa Hakan Sözmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Hakan Sözmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altay Tanberk having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hakan Sözmen in the 44th minute of play forced Trabzon Spor's goalkeeper Altay Tanberk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menderes Erboğa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altay Tanberk having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ahmet Korkut Yelmen hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Mustafa Hakan Sözmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Turan FK a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kıvanç Taşdan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Trabzon Spor's Altay Tanberk. 3-0. Menderes Erboğa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Altay Tanberk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Turan FK booed when Trabzon Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafettin Otaç didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Turan FK's Kıvanç Taşdan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Altay Tanberk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 73rd minute Mustafa Hakan Sözmen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altay Tanberk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Hakan Sözmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altay Tanberk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kıvanç Taşdan in the 78th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Menderes Erboğa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trabzon Spor's Altay Tanberk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Menderes Erboğa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altay Tanberk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menderes Erboğa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafettin Otaç during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 88 minutes into the game, one of Trabzon Spor:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Muhittin Erboğa hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Menderes Erboğa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altay Tanberk having to interfere. Trabzon Spor's Altay Tanberk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coşkun İşkembeci in the 97th minute of play. Altay Tanberk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Hakan Sözmen went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Altay Tanberk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Menderes Erboğa, who was totally free with the ball in the 102nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Turan FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
