Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vehdi Dilazad took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, SUMBAS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giray Akkurt to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 13 minutes, Ercüment Polathan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SUMBAS FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ercüment Polathan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Maximilian Ekrot fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kozanspor FK's protests and gave Maximilian Ekrot a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Kozanspor FK got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Ekrot. Maximilian Ekrot's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kudret Tanaltan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kudret Tanaltan was a little too slow when Vehdi Dilazad got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. Maximilian Ekrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kudret Tanaltan having to interfere. Bayındır Mehmet Uygu's late challenge caught a SUMBAS FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bayındır Mehmet Uygu helped the player get up and apologised. Bayındır Mehmet Uygu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of SUMBAS FK booed when Kozanspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürsel Sudi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kudret Tanaltan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vehdi Dilazad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Bumin Ağırtaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A well done corner resulted in Oğuzkan Şahinalp drilling the ball in to score 2-0 behind SUMBAS FK's goalkeeper. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Giray Akkurt made the kick off in the second half. Emir İftihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeynel Yağızer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Emir İftihar managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when SUMBAS FK's Giray Akkurt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 61 played minutes Kozanspor FK got a freekick which was hit by Ragıp Alyakut. Giray Akkurt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Emir İftihar made a huge save. After 68 played minutes SUMBAS FK got a freekick which was hit by Ercüment Polathan. Emir İftihar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercüment Polathan in the 79th minute of the match. Maximilian Ekrot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SUMBAS FK's Kudret Tanaltan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vehdi Dilazad in the 83rd minute of play. Gencal Yaybüke made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Giray Akkurt immediately put the ball in play. Ercüment Polathan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emir İftihar having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kozanspor FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while SUMBAS FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
