The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yavuzalp Şerhenk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ertan Tuğra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serhatdiyebiri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 10 minutes in the game, Eren Dinç dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The supporters of Baskil booed when Serhatdiyebiri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baran Erencan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Baskil's Ertan Tuğra in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Serhatdiyebiri's Ahmet Davut Akkoyun got a free kick in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Serhatdiyebiri getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Atacan Taşdemir hit a great ball. Yavuzalp Şerhenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertan Tuğra in the 27th minute of play. Burhanettin Oruz had several of the Baskil's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Asaf Okyar as he didn't even see the shot coming. Asaf Okyar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Davut Akkoyun in the 39th minute. Ertan Tuğra scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yavuzalp Şerhenk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Burhanettin Oruz to make the kick off. Hikmet Serkan kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Ertan Tuğra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yavuzalp Şerhenk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ertan Tuğra went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Burhanettin Oruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asaf Okyar having to interfere. In the 87th minute Burhanettin Oruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asaf Okyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burhanettin Oruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Asaf Okyar having to make a save. Burhanettin Oruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Asaf Okyar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Serhatdiyebiri supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Baskil's performance. The match ended with a win for Baskil.
