In the 11th minute, Ali Çağrı Hikmet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Tuncay Oktay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gürkan Baray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktuğ Özbal having to interfere. Aktuğ Özbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kayhan Akdoğ in the 22nd minute of play. Kayhan Akdoğ might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aktuğ Özbal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kayhan Akdoğ ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the game, Gürkan Baray cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aktuğ Özbal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tuna Ünek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refik Halit Saygın, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When Hayati Denizcan fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ＩＮＴＥＧＲＡＬ's protests and gave Hayati Denizcan a yellow card for diving instead. Gürkan Baray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktuğ Özbal having to interfere. Kayhan Akdoğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Refik Halit Saygın to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, ＩＮＴＥＧＲＡＬ's goal looked a bit too open when Tuncay Oktay came free, but Tuna Ünek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Gürkan Baray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ＩＮＴＥＧＲＡＬ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürkan Baray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute of the match, Kayhan Akdoğ tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aktuğ Özbal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 67 Ereğli FC's Tuncay Oktay got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute of the match Enginalp Rical shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tuna Ünek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aktuğ Özbal made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Gürkan Baray sent off a good shot on target. Kayhan Akdoğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Aktuğ Özbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ＩＮＴＥＧＲＡＬ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
