YILLAR SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birdal Baytüzün was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edip Adak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferhan İşçen having to interfere. In the 20th minute Andaç İsrafil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferhan İşçen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Çağrı Turan hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Edip Adak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferhan İşçen. YILLAR SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edip Adak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute of the match YILLAR SK got a corner. Tufanbeyli JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kılıçalp Akgül ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ferhan İşçen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andaç İsrafil in the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of YILLAR SK booed when Tufanbeyli JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lefter Ateşoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Tufanbeyli JK were the better team. Tufanbeyli JK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
