After a rather tough play, Gölyaka's Necdet Savtuna got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Şakir Mahçupyan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytekin Mertkal in the 5th minute of the match. Aytekin Mertkal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şakir Mahçupyan having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arın Orbey in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atabey Nesip prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes, Arın Orbey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gölyaka and the İpsala JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arın Orbey hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Şakir Mahçupyan was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Abdurrahim Orcun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atabey Nesip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Orbey in the 38th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Gölyaka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ümit Özalpsan to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arın Orbey to make the kick off. Arın Orbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, İpsala JK's Müjdat Demircan got a free kick in the 64th minute. Abdurrahim Orcun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atabey Nesip stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arın Orbey's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute of the match, Abdurrahim Orcun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Atabey Nesip was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Gölyaka's Arın Orbey in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye İpsala JK's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Atabey Nesip managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Gölyaka's Abdurrahim Orcun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 82nd minute Arın Orbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atabey Nesip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Abdurrahim Orcun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Atabey Nesip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 92 minutes into the game, Arın Orbey recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Atabey Nesip. Arın Orbey showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Gölyaka played a much better game than İpsala JK and deserved their victory. The İpsala JK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
