When Hayrullah Eker fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cayirli JK's protests and gave Hayrullah Eker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, Cayirli JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayrullah Eker to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cayirli JK booed when Kocarli FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oktay Razi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 minutes, Oktay Razi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kocarli FK and the Cayirli JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Kocarli FK got a freekick which was hit by Oktay Razi. After having played for 16 minutes, Nuralp Özbal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocarli FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuralp Özbal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cayirli JK's Hayrullah Eker got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 played minutes Kocarli FK got a freekick which was hit by Nuralp Özbal. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Alişan Nafi with Arif Tugay Melih as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Tugay Melih in the 26th minute of play forced Cayirli JK's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Akbora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayirli JK's Mehmet Çağrı Akbora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Tugay Melih in the 26th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Nuralp Özbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Çağrı Akbora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oktay Razi was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gürkan Kaygun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayrullah Eker in the 39th minute of the match. Cayirli JK's attentive Hayrullah Eker managed to snatch the ball when Alişan Nafi made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Bumin Adışanlı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bumin Adışanlı was the one to do the kick off. If Bumin Adışanlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gürkan Kaygun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alişan Özarı, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Mehmet Çağrı Akbora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Özbal in the 61st minute of the match. Arif Tugay Melih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Cayirli JK's Duran Kavi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gürkan Kaygun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 69 minutes, Alişan Özarı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cayirli JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alişan Özarı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Kocarli FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuralp Özbal to maneuver through the defense. Kocarli FK's Gürkan Kaygun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayrullah Eker in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute of the game Resulhan Geylanoğlu made a throw-in which Nuralp Özbal played forward. Mehmet Çağrı Akbora came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Kocarli FK's Nuralp Özbal. But to his dismay, Nuralp Özbal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Arif Tugay Melih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Cayirli JK defense, Nuralp Özbal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Çağrı Akbora. The Cayirli JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Çağrı Akbora should have stopped the shot. Alişan Özarı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gürkan Kaygun having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kocarli FK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
