Spectators: 7224 (Terracing: 5724, Seating: 1350, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tekin Ergüç started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Sefaköy got a freekick which was hit by Seyhun Tecik. Muhsin Heybetli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsmet Şemsi having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Essahtan Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Bilgin Gulabi came free, but İsmet Şemsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İsmet Şemsi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Muhsin Heybetli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İsmet Şemsi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Muhsin Heybetli's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Demiralp Bektaş charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demiralp Bektaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sefaköy booed when Essahtan Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demiralp Bektaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kayhan Uraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes Essahtan Spor got a freekick which was hit by Yakup Tümkurt. The crowd rose to their feet as Essahtan Spor's Kayhan Uraz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tacettin İlker. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. Demiralp Bektaş was shown his second yellow card after 32 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Demiralp Bektaş hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Kayhan Uraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celalettin İlenç might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tacettin İlker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celalettin İlenç ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 41st match minute, Sefaköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Ali Riayet to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Essahtan Spor booed when Sefaköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Müfit Sertel didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Muhsin Heybetli in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of İsmet Şemsi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kayhan Uraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tacettin İlker having to interfere. Tekin Ergüç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tacettin İlker having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Kayhan Uraz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Essahtan Spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Kayhan Uraz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tacettin İlker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 played minutes Essahtan Spor got a freekick which was hit by Erhun Onurad. When Mutlu Sungun came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Sefaköy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mutlu Sungun couldn't finish the play. Sefaköy's Şamil Seyfeddin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 90th minute of play. The shot was stopped by İsmet Şemsi but with some difficulty. A collision led to Essahtan Spor getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Abdulvahit Yengi hit a great ball. Tacettin İlker came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Essahtan Spor's Kayhan Uraz. But to his dismay, Kayhan Uraz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Essahtan Spor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sefaköy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
