Edirne's Dorukhan Kutalp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edirne's Dorukhan Kutalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baha Sungurbay in the 37th minute of play. Ferdi İlkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teoman Okatay, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. EAB POWERFC's Ferdi İlkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Anıl Çavlı in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Edirne got a freekick which was hit by Selim Coşkuner. After some careless play in the Edirne defense, Baha Sungurbay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorukhan Kutalp. The Edirne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorukhan Kutalp should have stopped the shot.
