Selahaddin Akçakıl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yıldırım Bozoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Battal Cüneyt Salar hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Selahaddin Akçakıl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yıldırım Bozoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, AyvalıkGücü's Mustafa Emrah Kılıçalp got a free kick in the 19th minute. Alptuğ Afgan made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Alper Siret sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Okaner Tümerkin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alptuğ Afgan, 1-0. The supporters of Tarlabasi booed when AyvalıkGücü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aydemir Batıhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alptuğ Afgan was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Okaner Tümerkin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Okaner Tümerkin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After having played for 39 minutes, Alper Siret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarlabasi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alper Siret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yıldırım Bozoğlu made a kick off. Cenan Yüce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alper Siret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selahaddin Akçakıl didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AyvalıkGücü's Yıldırım Bozoğlu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okaner Tümerkin in the 63rd minute of play forced AyvalıkGücü's goalkeeper Alptuğ Afgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cenan Yüce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aydemir Batıhan during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AyvalıkGücü getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Aydemir Batıhan hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Şükrü Soysaltürk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alptuğ Afgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alper Siret in the 92nd minute of play. When Alper Siret came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Tarlabasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alper Siret couldn't finish the play.
