If Kunter Müfit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Kunter Müfit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Kunter Müfit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Cengiz Çelebi. Mekke Spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kunter Müfit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hayrullah Uğursal kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Nebi Ziverbey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Hıdır Boysan made a huge save. Celil Akcebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Cengiz Çelebi having to interfere. Hıdır Boysan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aral Akdiken. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kunter Müfit in the 32nd minute of play forced Mekke Spor's goalkeeper Ali Cengiz Çelebi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes, Şevket Okergun made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gerze FK's Hıdır Boysan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Celil Akcebe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Gerze FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Gerze FK's Celil Akcebe in the 91st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ali Cengiz Çelebi was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Mekke Spor through an amazing save. In the 97th minute Celil Akcebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Cengiz Çelebi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerze FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
