If Umur Okuyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When İlhan Yorgun fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azdavay's protests and gave İlhan Yorgun a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 played minutes Azdavay got a freekick which was hit by İlhan Yorgun. Kubilay Namal was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alper Suerkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umur Okuyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Ilgin FK's goal looked a bit too open when Umur Okuyan came free, but Alper Suerkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hakan Zikri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Berker Makul reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alper Suerkan. The goal made the score 1-2. When Kubilay Namal fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ilgin FK's protests and gave Kubilay Namal a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ilgin FK! Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olcay Orkun Zekai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute, Berker Makul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Azdavay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. 67 minutes into the match, Ilgin FK's goalkeeper Alper Suerkan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Berker Makul. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olcay Orkun Zekai was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, one of Azdavay:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tolunay Taçyıldız during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 94 played minutes Ilgin FK got a freekick which was hit by Tolunay Taçyıldız. Hakan Zikri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olcay Orkun Zekai having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Azdavay walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
