Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ekber Öznur hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Şerif Perver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercüment Öztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilgin FK's Hakan Zikri got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan in the 17th minute of play forced Hatayspor's goalkeeper Ercüment Öztan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Hakan Zikri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ilgin FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hakan Zikri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ercüment Öztan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ercüment Öztan came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ilgin FK's Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan. But to his dismay, Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ercüment Öztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan in the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Şanver Kayra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercüment Öztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hakan Zikri came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ilgin FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakan Zikri couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ilgin FK's zone, Serhat Yenisey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alper Suerkan came out of the goal and Serhat Yenisey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Ilgin FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercüment Öztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hatayspor getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ergin Er hit a great ball. Hatayspor's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Mehmet Ferit Çelikhan scored to the left of an out of position Ercüment Öztan, making the score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Ilgin FK's Tolunay Taçyıldız got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 66 minutes of play, Hatayspor's Serhat Yenisey made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alper Suerkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ercüment Öztan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hakan Zikri in the 71st minute. When Serhat Yenisey got free in front of the goal in the 73rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Alper Suerkan was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Şerif Perver came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Hatayspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şerif Perver couldn't finish the play. Serhat Yenisey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Hatayspor booed when Ilgin FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kubilay Namal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergin Er in the 89th minute of play forced Ilgin FK's goalkeeper Alper Suerkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 played minutes Hatayspor got a freekick which was hit by Rahman Aktay. In the 91st minute, Üzeyir Seçkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
