The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Ötüken Türk Gücü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Sanid Škoro struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Kahraman Mücahit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ötüken Türk Gücü. Marick Jonge took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kahraman Mücahit. Kahraman Mücahit dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The Ötüken Türk Gücü fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Ötüken Türk Gücü's Sanid Škoro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Kartalspor defense, Sabri Eraksan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kahraman Mücahit. The Kartalspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kahraman Mücahit should have stopped the shot. Ötüken Türk Gücü's Sanid Škoro got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rubio Zalaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ali Aktaç in the 30th minute of the match.
