Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Feyzullay Candar started the match with the kick off. If Battal Gazi Çavas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 4th match minute, Baspinar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barlas Hünerli to maneuver through the defense. After 5 played minutes, Derinkuyu JK's Seyhan Rikap shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Murathan Haliloğlu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Derinkuyu JK reached it. Battal Gazi Çavas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murathan Haliloğlu having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Derinkuyu JK got a freekick which was hit by Korhan Ersal. After a defensive mix-up in Derinkuyu JK's zone, Özdemir Tezay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cengizhan Tümkan came out of the goal and Özdemir Tezay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 14 minutes, Ekber Sözen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Derinkuyu JK and the Baspinar players grew even worse after the yellow card. 18 minutes into the game, Battal Gazi Çavas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Murathan Haliloğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Murathan Haliloğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Anıl Talayman in the 28th minute of play. Baspinar's Özdemir Tezay got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Derinkuyu JK's Buğrahan Canbolat got a free kick in the 30th minute. Özdemir Tezay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cengizhan Tümkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute of the match Seyhan Rikap shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Murathan Haliloğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Murathan Haliloğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Battal Gazi Çavas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Özdemir Tezay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Cengizhan Tümkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Özdemir Tezay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute Mehmet Anıl Talayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murathan Haliloğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Battal Gazi Çavas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Derinkuyu JK's Mehmet Anıl Talayman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Baspinar's Murathan Haliloğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battal Gazi Çavas in the 56th minute of play. Mehmet Anıl Talayman might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Murathan Haliloğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Anıl Talayman ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the match, Baspinar's goalkeeper Murathan Haliloğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Anıl Talayman. Hacı Altunhan kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Derinkuyu JK's Battal Gazi Çavas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Murathan Haliloğlu. Murathan Haliloğlu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Murathan Haliloğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battal Gazi Çavas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Derinkuyu JK's goalkeeper Cengizhan Tümkan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cengizhan Tümkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özdemir Tezay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feyzullay Candar in the 74th minute of play forced Derinkuyu JK's goalkeeper Cengizhan Tümkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Anıl Talayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Baspinar's Feyzullay Candar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cengizhan Tümkan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Derinkuyu JK's Rafet Serdaroğlu got a free kick in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hacı Altunhan in the 87th minute of play forced Derinkuyu JK's goalkeeper Cengizhan Tümkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Baspinar's Özdemir Tezay in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Derinkuyu JK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 90th minute Özdemir Tezay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cengizhan Tümkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Battal Gazi Çavas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Derinkuyu JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Gazi Çavas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murathan Haliloğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Derinkuyu JK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
