Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zafer İlyas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Semail Atacan in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semail Atacan in the 5th minute of play forced beşiktaş's goalkeeper Zafer İlyas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ekrem Safvet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Orhan Toregün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ekrem Safvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Tayyip Sufi in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, beşiktaş's Ahmet Orhan Toregün dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Orhan Toregün in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ekrem Safvet saved Erzin from getting behind. A collision led to beşiktaş getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Burhanettin Başol hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Semail Atacan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erzin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Orhan Toregün kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ekrem Safvet. That made the score 2-1 in the 27 minute of play. After some careless play in the beşiktaş defense, Semail Atacan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zafer İlyas. The beşiktaş fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zafer İlyas should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, Semail Atacan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zafer İlyas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Zafer İlyas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sungurhan Arıkhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ahmet Orhan Toregün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ataol Vefa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Safvet having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

With a left leg Ekrem Safvet saved Erzin from getting behind. beşiktaş's Zafer İlyas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save beşiktaş from getting a goal against them. After having played for 94 minutes, Sungurhan Arıkhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erzin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sungurhan Arıkhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The beşiktaş fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Erzin were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
