In the 24th minute Songurbey Nurkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahtiyar İlter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bahtiyar İlter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hamit Seccac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bahtiyar İlter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhammet Ak in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Catak's zone, Bektaş Veli Çolak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hakkı Devrim Ünsev came out of the goal and Bektaş Veli Çolak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bektaş Veli Çolak took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hakkı Devrim Ünsev. Hakkı Devrim Ünsev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by İbrahim Efe Saygın in the 38th minute of play forced Catak's goalkeeper Hakkı Devrim Ünsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acipayam JK's Bahtiyar İlter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Hamit Seccac in the 40th minute of play. Bahtiyar İlter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Muhammet Ak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İbrahim Efe Saygın made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Catak's zone, İbrahim Efe Saygın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hakkı Devrim Ünsev came out of the goal and İbrahim Efe Saygın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Muhammet Ak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahtiyar İlter having to interfere. When Mustafa Hamit Seccac came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Catak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Hamit Seccac couldn't finish the play. Bahtiyar İlter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhammet Ak in the 59th minute of the match. Mustafa Hamit Seccac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Bahtiyar İlter made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Acipayam JK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mustafa Hamit Seccac fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 72 minutes, İbrahim Efe Saygın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acipayam JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but İbrahim Efe Saygın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Catak's Hakkı Devrim Ünsev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İbrahim Efe Saygın in the 74th minute of play. After 74 played minutes Catak got a freekick which was hit by Sezgin Egelioğlu. After having played for 78 minutes, Muhammet Ak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muhammet Ak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Muhammet Ak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by İbrahim Efe Saygın in the 96th minute of play forced Catak's goalkeeper Hakkı Devrim Ünsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
