MeRSiN SpOr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cüneyd Razi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Mogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cem Rıza in the 9th minute of the match. Gökmen Yalap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Edgar Mogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remzi Özil might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caner Bakkalbaşıoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The supporters of Bahçesaray booed when MeRSiN SpOr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ünsal Usal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Cengiz Ademoğlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Mogren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cem Rıza's late challenge caught a MeRSiN SpOr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cem Rıza helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MeRSiN SpOr booed when Bahçesaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remzi Özil couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute of the match Kandemir Kayrar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caner Bakkalbaşıoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
