In the 4th match minute, Sarp Hudutspor08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Turan Derman to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Cüneyt Tunçkol fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bedri Ömürcan, passed just outside the right post. Sarp Hudutspor08's Bedri Ömürcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cüneyt Tunçkol in the 10th minute of play. When Mehmet Bilge İmruz fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cay FK's protests and gave Mehmet Bilge İmruz a yellow card for diving instead. Mehmet Bilge İmruz hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Hurşit Tuna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Turan Derman in the 17th minute of the match. If İrfan Radi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selahaddin Giyas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Mehmet Bilge İmruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bedri Ömürcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sarp Hudutspor08's zone, Cüneyt Tunçkol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedri Ömürcan came out of the goal and Cüneyt Tunçkol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Cay FK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. İrfan Radi hit a great ball. 49 minutes into the game, Cüneyt Tunçkol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bedri Ömürcan. Cüneyt Tunçkol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cüneyt Tunçkol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bedri Ömürcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Bilge İmruz in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Cay FK's Cüneyt Tunçkol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bedri Ömürcan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bedri Ömürcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cüneyt Tunçkol in the 65th minute of the match. Muhsin Peykan might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hurşit Tuna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Muhsin Peykan ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Muhsin Peykan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarp Hudutspor08's supporters rose to their feet, but Muhsin Peykan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hurşit Tuna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Mehmet Bilge İmruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 77 played minutes Sarp Hudutspor08 got a freekick which was hit by Selahaddin Giyas. Mehmet Bilge İmruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Sarp Hudutspor08's Mehmet Fatih Sefer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hurşit Tuna. That made the score 1-1 after 89 minutes of play. Cüneyt Tunçkol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Cüneyt Tunçkol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bedri Ömürcan was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
