Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ersin Ayaz started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Baskale booed when GitGelGele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. When Başar Özel fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baskale's protests and gave Başar Özel a yellow card for diving instead. Başar Özel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Mehmet Ali Başeğmez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Başar Özel scored 1-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Emir Başeğmez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atacan Salur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ahmet Emir Başeğmez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Ersin Ayaz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahmet Emir Başeğmez, 2-1. In the 36thth minute of the game Mehmet Ali Başeğmez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baskale's Mete Sarik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Atacan Salur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Emir Başeğmez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mete Sarik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ali Başeğmez in the 39th minute of the match. Mehmet Ali Başeğmez struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Mete Sarik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GitGelGele. GitGelGele's Ahmet Emir Başeğmez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Başar Özel in the 43rd minute of play. Mete Sarik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferman Yakup, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Ali Başeğmez made a kick off. Mete Sarik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferman Yakup in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Furkan Kılıçalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mete Sarik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Baskale getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. İbrahim Ethem Bahçeli hit a great ball. Çağdaş Kamber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Arif Bilge Sadreddin fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 67thth minute of the game Mehmet Ali Başeğmez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baskale's Mete Sarik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nejat Çağnur's late challenge caught a Baskale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. GitGelGele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Ali Başeğmez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Baskale's goalkeeper Mete Sarik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferman Yakup. In the 78th minute, Ali Nejat Duman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, Baskale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Başar Özel to maneuver through the defense. Furkan Kılıçalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, GitGelGele's goal looked a bit too open when Başar Özel came free, but Ahmet Emir Başeğmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
