Silifke's Hamdullah Tapgaç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haşmet Özilhan in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Demirhan Salti made a precise shot to the right of Hamdullah Tapgaç. Silifke's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Haşmet Özilhan made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Genzo Wakabayashi got a freekick which was hit by Haşmet Özilhan. İsmail Özbekkan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Genzo Wakabayashi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Özbekkan to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayyar Gazir in the 73rd minute of play. Duran Demiray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Hamdullah Tapgaç made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Demirhan Salti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hamdullah Tapgaç. The goal made the score 0-8. When Vacib İçten fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silifke's protests and gave Vacib İçten a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Silifke got a freekick which was hit by Vacib İçten. Hamdullah Tapgaç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Demirhan Salti's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Duran Demiray reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hamdullah Tapgaç. The goal made the score 0-9. Genzo Wakabayashi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
