ÇanSpor's Batuhan Canaydin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onurhan Akgün in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Onurhan Akgün in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Batuhan Canaydin saved ÇanSpor from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in ÇanSpor's zone, Ali Vedat Kartal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batuhan Canaydin came out of the goal and Ali Vedat Kartal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Onurhan Akgün dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Batuhan Canaydin, 1-1. In the 45th minute, Mehmet Akif Öztanır made a precise shot to the right of Şevket Balaman. GALATASARAY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The GALATASARAY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ÇanSpor were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Onurhan Akgün to strike the kick off in the second half. If Emin Ulutekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Bedir Zişan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GALATASARAY's Ali Vedat Kartal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by İsmet Akasma, made in the 57th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Onurhan Akgün in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Batuhan Canaydin saved ÇanSpor from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Onurhan Akgün in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batuhan Canaydin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Batuhan Canaydin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onurhan Akgün in the 68th minute of play. Batuhan Canaydin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onurhan Akgün in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, ÇanSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Onurhan Akgün came free, but Batuhan Canaydin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Onur Ali Karluk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Batuhan Canaydin.
